Another popular eat-out place in Palompon, Leyte is Café
Umberto located in their main road, Rizal St., Guiwan 2. You can immediately
see the café because it’s quite big (compared to other establishments in town).
What I like in this café is its ambiance. This Italian
restaurant has interiors like any ideal coffee shop. The place is actually great
for selfies and what-not. Their pizza is good. Still understaffed, you need to
wait a little longer for your orders but you are not in a hurry anyway.
